Wilkinson said she was “in shock” and “really sore” after the crash, but doctors did not find any serious injuries.
Wilkinson rose to fame through her work in Playboy and on the E! reality series The Girls Next Door. She later married NFL player Hank Baskett and gave birth to a son, Hank Baskettt IV.
She continued her reality television career with ABC’s celebrity diving show, Splash, but recently had to quit the show.
“I’m so sorry, everybody,” Wilkinson said “It’s bittersweet. One thing I don’t do is quit. This is the first time in my life I’ve quit something,.”This will haunt me for the rest of my life.”
“Big mistake signing up for the show,” Wilkinson tweeted. “Sorry I let you all down.”

Hank IV was still taken to a hospital for observation but released soon afterward. Doctors said he likely suffered overheating from running around his house in warm weather, which is not uncommon among children.
On Sunday, Kendra Wilkinson had a hospital visit that ended without any major incidents. She stayed only briefly with doctors and was discharged immediately afterward, a source told Us Weekly.
